4/4/10 Cheryl from Texas says "I Would like to have the option of entering credit card info here and completing the order without having to call or mail anything!"
We looked long and hard at doing just that and found that it was much more expensive to have a credit card link on the site. I am aware that that is how many other businesses are set up, but for Iowa Valley Carriage it is more economical to have customers call. We can keep your information on file after the first order and that is what most customers tend to do.
12/20/10 Robin from North English, Iowa ordered a beta mini harness after hearing about them on a miniature horse driving list and had this to say when her harness arrived " the harness came and you know -- looked it over really good -- and I'll be recommending this harness to everyone --- WOW --- well though out --- well made -- nice looking -- just WOW -- I was floored and you can quote me -- and I ll be back when I can afford it -- to buy more-- and it even came with a bit -- now that s going the extra mile -- thank you so-- Merry Xmas

I do love a happy customer!~! I have been well suited with this harness maker. I can get quality and get it fairly quickly. We seem to be developing a pretty good reputation for quality harness!! I will put your remarks on the website under the harness and under my "email and comments" sections. Thank you. That always helps more than any advertising.
We always ask our customer to let us know how they get along with our products either good or bad! Feedback on bits is especially helpful and helps us pass that information on to others. Adena Ray sent us this information on our special mini/pony half cheek mullen.
Why I like this bit:
The bar diameter is large enough for it to be gentle, but not so wide as to take up a lot of space in the pony's mouth. The slight arch to it allows it to rest comfortably. The half cheek provides gentle bending/turning instruction on the outside of the turn. I very rarely use any sort of a broken snaffle, particularly when ground driving. I believe it is too easy to poke them, especially if they misbehave. (If I have no choice but to use a broken snaffle because of fit, I always wrap in vet wrap or latex to minimize the nutcracker effect).

7/8/2011 From Val Herber, Nebraska: I LOVE the fly mask I also bought from you (the one that covers the neck also)---I put it on my 3yr old Morgan when driving, he doesn't mind it at all. The bugs here, flies and mosquitos, are so bad due to having LOTS of rain this Spring/Summer----it made a world of difference when driving him down the road, he wasn't bothered by the bugs around his face or ears at all.
Great product.

I finally got a chance to get a NEW BETA harness for my Welsh cob cross. I checked out hundreds of sites/harnesses on the web for several months.....knowing that this would have to be a harness for everything.... and that money was a definite issue (we are retired on a fixed income).....I just wanted to say that I received my new harness this week from Sandee at IOWA VALLEY HARNESS.
I am ecstatic!!! Her harnesses are custom made to your measurements and took less than a month to get. The only extra option I got was the wider breast collar....everything else I wanted came as standard.
